I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also use somatic-based techniques to engage both your mind and body in the healing process. Together we’ll gently revisit those tough moments and work through them together, helping you let go of negative self-beliefs and feel more confident and secure. We’ll also take a compassionate look at your thoughts, behaviors, values, and beliefs to understand what’s really going on for you to create a supportive plan to tackle challenges and help you reach your goals, all at a pace that feels right for you.

My primary modalities in counselling address the inner workings of our relational styles and help us understand and integrate the emotions which drive us. In session, I draw from counselling modalities such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.
