As a therapist, I work hard to make therapy a place where we can help you find meaning, purpose, agency, healing, and joy. Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed.

I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, boundaries, communication, assertiveness, grief and loss, disordered eating/eating disorders, relationship problems, divorce, family conflict, coercive control, and more.

Before I was a therapist, I worked in several high-intensity environments including victim services, crisis intervention, and front line/emergency response.
